Tobias Kearns

Tobias specialises in sports massage, soft tissue injuries and sports rehabilitation.

Sports massage therapy is a deeper form of soft tissue massage. It uses specific techniques to treat people who are physically active and who may be more vulnerable to injury because of the stresses placed on their body by their sport or activity. Julia Wood

I trained at the London School of Reflexology and have been practising as a Reflexologist since 2013. As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I have completed courses in Advanced Hand Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology and Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy and Post Natal Care as well as Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage (Levels 1 and 2) and Indian Head Massage. More recently, I have completed a course in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage which aims to benefit clients with lymphoedema as well as supporting clients with auto-immune conditions. I also volunteer at a local hospice giving treatments to patients with Cancer, Parkinsons and Motor Neurones Disease and help with staff treatments on a weekly basis. I have a very friendly and caring attitude and I’m extremely passionate about the therapies I practise, tailoring each treatment to the clients’ needs and wishes. Working holistically, I take a medical history, provide feedback and if appropriate, make lifestyle suggestions. Using homemade Reflexology wax and pure essential oils from doTERRA, each treatment is a bespoke experience which aims to bring about a state of deep relaxation, balance and harmony.
